Kano State governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf [Abba Gida Gida] has announced the appointments of Dr Abdullahi Baffa Bichi as the Secretary to the State Government.
In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the governor announced the appointments on Monday night after he was sworn in.
The statement also revealed that Shehu Wada Sagagi was appointed as the new Chief of Staff to the governor.
Other appointments include that of Dr. Farouq Kurawa as principal Private Secretary, Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Rogo as Chief Protocol while Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa was appointed Chief Press Secretary.
The appointments, according to the statement, took immediate effect.
