After WikkiTimes’ Story, Niger College’s Management Visits Degenerated Road, Vows to Commence Work ‘Soon’

The management team of the Niger State College of Education, Minna led by its Dean of Students’ Affairs, Dr Muhammad Adamu Jebba was at the site of the dilapidated road leading to the male hostel to assess the situation in view to fix it.

This comes a few hours after WikkiTimes reported the poor state of the road. During the visit, the management assured the students that the road would be fixed. The Dean of Students’ Affairs, according to a discrete source, while addressing the students at the male hostel, admitted that the road is bad.

Jebba said the work is going to be jointly done by the management and alumni association of the college.

However, a week after, neither the engineers nor materials needed for the reconstruction of the road could be sited, according to insiders.

When contacted, the dean, Jebba, declined to comment about the management’s visit to the site. After listening to our reporter, the dean went incommunicado. However, he refused to respond to calls afterwards. Also, an SMS sent to him had not been responded to at press time.
