The All Progressives Congress, APC, has named Abubakar Sulaiman, Speaker Bauchi State House of Assembly in its National Convention Planning Committee.
The National Convention of the APC was postponed severally after an announcement of a date for it.
John James Akpanudoedehe, National Secretary of the party confirmed this in a statement made available to reporters in Abuja.

He said Abubakar Suleiman will serve as a member of the Planning Subcommittee for the Party’s National Convention which is scheduled to take place on 26th March 2022.
The Accreditation Committee which is mandated to accredit all candidates contesting for various offices of the Party’s National Working Committee has Deputy Senate President Senator Ovie Omo-Agege as Chairman, the Bauchi Speaker who is also the Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria and other 39 persons as members.

The March 26 Convention is expected to produce new National Chairman and other national officers of the Party.
