ASUU Strike Forced UDUS Students into Food Vending, but Dies as It Ended

Usman Abubakar Rimi, a final year Medicine and Surgery Student at Usman Dan Fodio University Sokoto (UDUS), who started selling food following the eight months ASUU strike, has died.

Rimi died after a protracted illness.

After being fed up with the strike embarked upon by ASUU in early February this year, the student opened a food store in Sokoto to keep himself busy while the strike lingers.
