The administration has evidently demonstrated her unequivocal commitment in the adoption of the SDGs .

SDGs: Bauchi State score card on health sector Before the inception of the Bala Mohammed administration on May 29, 2019, the immediate past administration of Bauchi State under a failed leadership of M.A Abubakar have not done enough to implement the set goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as to uplift the status of human development in the state.
A review of the sectoral performance of Bauchi State SDGs under M.A. Abubakar was abysmal failure.
Records available indicated that the former Chief Executive officer, M.A. Abubakar archived absolutely nothing in terms of alleviating poverty, improving healthcare delivery and to enhance quality education among global goals of SDGs in the state.
Therefore, based on Governor Bala Mohammed desire to promote good governance and healthcare delivery, which is the core of his administration’s health sector policy, to repositioned some primary healthcare center for accelerated technological growth.
And to ensure that the unfinished business of SDGs under the watch of his predecessor is concluded with the SDGs. Governor Bala Mohammed decided to put in place a committed officer to carry out the works that would enhance good lives and quality of living.
Under the able leadership of Dr. Esther Ahmed, Bauchi State SDGs has sofar executed unprecedented number of projects in the area of health sector as follows:
