Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state on Thursday commissined a 7.4 kilometre township roads in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State executed by GovernorAhmadu Fintiri of the state.
Bala who commended his Adamawa state counterpart, said his visit to Yola was to honor the invitation extended to him by Governor Ahmed Fintiri and to encourage him do more for the citizens.
He said with the achievements of Governor Fintiri in less than two years despite crisis in the global economy, especially road constructions, construction of bridges in Yola town for the benefit of the communities deserve commendation.

A Press release issued to our correspondent by the New Media Aide to Governor Bala, Lawal Muazu Bauchi noted that his principal commended Fintiri for the execution of urban renewal projects in Yola, calling on him to do more.
According to Governor Bala, Fintiri is an honest man known for good mission towards delivering his campaign promises for greater Adamawa State.

Earlier speaking, Governor Umar Ahmed Fintiri of Adamawa State said the construction of the 7.4 kilometre township road in Michika will address infrastructural deficit through urban renewal programme, rural development and social services.
He said in less than two years, his administration has come up with policies and programmes geared towards the welfare and well-being of people of Adamawa State.
Fintiri said in line with his 11 point agenda, his administration has achieved a lot especially prudent management of resources and appreciated Governor Bala for honouring his invitation.
Governor Bala was accompanied to Yola by the Bauchi State PDP Chairman, Alhaji Hamza Koshe Akuyam, two members of the BAHA among others.
