Bauchi Sends 4,943 Pupils On Nomadic Vocational Courses

Dr Aliyu Usman Tilde, the Bauchi State Commissioner of Education has stated arrangements have been concluded for the commencement of Nomadic Vocational Courses in the state where about 4,943 pupils are expected to attend.

Dr. Tilde disclosed this while interacting with the Staff of the Bauchi State Agency for Nomadic Education and some Fulani leaders in his office in Bauchi.

He noted that the state government has allocated seven centres across the state for running vocational courses, hence the need for them to embrace it for the development of the state.

According to the Commissioner, centres include Government College Toro, Government Girl College Nabordo, Government Girl College Bauchi, General Hassan Usman Katsina Unity College, G.S.S Misau, Government Secondary school and Government Girl College Azare respectively.

He urged all students concerned to report to their various posting centres across the state on Tuesday 12 April 2022.

Dr. Tilde listed the required learning materials for each child to include twenty to sixty leaves exercise books, handwriting exercise books, a bucket, bathing soap, washing soap, drinking cup, spoon, and bed sheet among others.

Responding, the Secretary of the Agency in the state who doubled as State Chairman Tabital Fulaku Alhaji Musa Ardo, promised to mobilize parents towards the success of the exercise.
