Abubakar Y. Suleiman, Bauchi State House of Assembly Speaker has congratulated the executive governor of Bauchi State Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad on his 61st birthday.
The Speaker described governor Bala Muhammad as a patriot
and man of integrity who dedicated his life to the service of humanity.In a statement made available to news men through his mediaaide Abdul Burra, the speaker said, “his Excellency has achieved uncommonpolitical feat in the history of Bauchi as he rose through the ranks of civilservice and public service to serve his State and country in variouscapacities. “For decades, governor Bala Mohammad has mentored and liftedmany people and achieved a lot towards the development of Bauchi State and thecountry at large in various positions heheld in the civil and public services.” He said.
The Speaker said the ascendance of the governor from civilservice to special adviser to the Minister of Transport, Senator, FCT Ministerand now Governor of Bauchi State had proven his extraordinary leadershipqualities.
The speaker expressed optimism that with Bala’s leadershipqualities, Bauchi will witness speedy progress.
Suleiman reiterated the support of the leadership of theAssembly to the governor to enable him discharge his responsibilities.
