The Academic Staff Union Of Polytechnic (ASUP) has suspended its two-week strike action embarked on May 16, 2020.
In a statement signed by the ASUP Secretary Genaral, Shammah Kpanja, the union directed its members to resume work on May 30, 2022. According to the statement, four out nine demands made by the union has been met.
It however, urged the federal government to consider meeting the remaining demand in order to avert another industrial action.
