The presidential candidate for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, said he respected the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribuna (PEPT) delivered yesterday, but “rejected” it.
The former vice president also berated the country’s electoral umpire — Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), saying it compromised the outcome of the February 25th presidential election.
Atiku said the judgement had been passed, but it would not deter him from getting justice. He revealed that he had directed his counsel to appeal the judgement at the Supreme Court.
