Court Orders Ex-Plateau LG Chair To Forfeit Three Vehicles

A High Court sitting in Shendam, Plateau State has directed Isaac Kyale Kwallo, a former Chairman of the local government to immediately forfeit three cars allegedly belonging to Qur’an Pan local government.

WikkiTimes learned that the controversial vehicles were acquired through dubious and corrupt means.

Justice SD Samchi while delivering a judgement on the case with no PLD/SHD/92CV/2022 that Qua’an Pan local government instituted against Mr Isaac and three other defendants, said vehicle proof of ownership clearly indicates that the cars belong to Qu’an Pan local government.
