The All Progressive Congress (APC) ace praise singer, Dauda Kahutu Rarara‘s Facebook Account has been shut down following massive reproting of the account by Nigerians.
Rarara has built the account with over one million followers where he mostly release short clips of his progovernment political songs.
As Nigerians are groaning over harsh economic condition in the country and devastating insecurity, the singer released a pro-Tinubu Song explained how Tinubu solved hunger and poverty in the North.
WikkiTimes learned that many people have extended reporting of all other social media pages that belong to the singer with the view of having them taken down.
In the song released recently, Rarara praised Tinubu saying that “Northerners have said goodbye to hunger, insecurity, and poverty”.
However, many northerners especially on social media where the song trended find the message deeply offensive in the light of the current economic hardship.
Similarly, Nigerians across the country are preparing for a nationwide protest scheduled for August 1 in response to rising food prices and economic difficulties.
Food prices have doubled with many going to bed hungry which is reflected in the public’s frustration with the current leadership of the country.
Many Nigerians recall that Rarara’s mother was recently freed from the den of kidnappers after ransom has been paid to secure her freedom.
This incident contradicts his song’s claim that northerners are now free from insecurity.
