Farouk tenders more exhibits against Bulkachuwa

The Senatorial candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) for Bauchi north in the 2019  Election on Wednesday Identified and adopted a total of 745 exhibits he earlier tendered against Senator Adamu Bulkachuwa of the All Progressive Congress (APC) at Bauchi National and State Assembly elections tribunal

WikkiTimes reports that at resumed hearings, the first petitioner, Farouq Mustapha in his testimonies identified exhibits and statements on oath and adopted same before the Tribunal.

The petitioner urged the court to admit his testimonies as evidence in the petition against senator Adamu Bulkachuwa of the All Progressives Congress and two others.

Farouq Mustapha identified and adopted 745 exhibits he earlier tendered before the Tribunal.

Counsel to Bulkachuwa cross examined the prosecution witnesses during the sitting.

WikkiTimes reports that Mustapha is challenging Bulkachuwa who emerges the candidate of the APC in controversial primary elections and later won the senatorial seat.

Farouk was recently quoted as saying that the 2019 elections fall below standard and were marred with irregularities.

The matter was adjourned to Monday the 29th day of July, 2019 for continuation.
