Following an attack by bandits, two have been reported dead and another two hospitalised in Garin Gabas village in Malam Madori Local Government Area of Jigawa State.
Channels Television reports that the police public relations officer in the state, ASP Lawal Shiisu, corroborated this on Saturday adding that one person was also held captive by the bandits.
“The incident happened on Thursday at about 00230 hours when gunmen attacked Garin Gabas in Malam Madori and they shot four people before whisking away one Musa Malili, a twenty-two-year-old.”

“Two out of the four victims that were shot dead in the hospital while the other two are receiving treatment in the hospital,” ASP Shiisu said.
Furthermore, while assuring that the police are doing their best to rescue the kidnapped person, he called on citizens to report to the police any suspicious movement of people around them.
