Ismaila Musa, a hajj pilgrim from Plateau State who was in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for pilgrimage, passed away in Makka.
Alhaji Daiyabu Dauda, Executive Secretary of the Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, announced this in a statement on Tuesday in Jos.
Musa, from Mangu Local Government Area, died after a brief illness.
He had been in admission to Annur Specialist Hospital in Makka since May 31.
Dauda extended condolences to Musa’s family, the government, and the people of Plateau, praying for Allah to accept his hajj, grant him eternal rest, and provide his family with the strength to bear the loss.
