The Commissioner called on the people of the State to ensure frequent checks on their HIV/AIDS status to avert the spreading of the disease further and to be able to manage it properly.

Dr Gwalabe said HIV/AIDS testing and drugs are given free to people in all government-owned health facilities in the state.
