Abdullah Abu Shawesh, the Palestinian ambassador in Nigeria has disclosed that the attacks launched by Israeli forces on the Gaza Strip have caused the death of over 2,300 children.
Abu Shawesh stated this during a press conference he called to inform the world about the current situation regarding the conflict between Israel and Gaza and how it happened on Tuesday in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria.
According to the ambassador, the attacks by Israeli forces also killed about 1,500 women.

Israel launched reprisal attacks to destroy Hamas, the Palestinian armed group, which earlier carried out an attack on Israel that reportedly led to the death of 1,400 people and kidnapped more than 200 Israelites.
Abu Shawesh said no less than 5791 Palestinians killed since October 7 when the crises between Israel and Hamas erupted.
The Hausa version of BBC reports that the ambassador also accused the European countries of supporting Israel for what he called the genocide in Palestinian territories.
According to him, all international laws should be applied accordingly, without reserving others to suit one’s interest.
He rejected military action against the innocent Palestinians, stressing that military action has never solved or ended the war in the past, so it would not work this time either.
