Hajaratu Sini, a 58-year-old Adamawa housewife has allegedly killed her husband’s girlfriend, Kwada Drambi, after she caught them in bed, according to police authority in the state.
Sikiru Kayode Akanda, the Commissioner of Police in the state, said the victim was murdered with a stick on July 31 around 9:00 pm.

The suspect’s husband and the deceased who is a widow were reported to be having affairs in the latter’s house when Hajaratu invaded them.
The husband fled out of the room for safety but was given a chase by his furious wife and a hassle ensued between them outside. However, the deceased followed them outside and engaged the suspect in a combat in a bid to defend her lover, WikkiTimes learnt.
Hajaratu, derailed with fury, used a stick in her possession and whacked the deceased on her head as a result of which she fell down. Drambi was thereafter rushed to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The police commissioner while parading the suspect vowed that she will be charged to court in no distant time.
