Saminu Bala, an 18-year-old resident of Kano State has reportedly killed his friend, Ibrahim Khalil, following a skirmish between them.
The incident, WikkiTimes learnt, took place on Wednesday at Anguwar Kofar Mazugal in Dala Local Government Area of Kano State.
Bala, according to a local press had physical combat with the deceased who fell down instantly and died.

However, Bala has been arrested by the police, according to the spokesman for the Kano Police Command, Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa.
The spokesman added that an investigation has commenced into the matter and the public would be updated when due.
This comes two days after the arrest of an 18-year-old Kano resident who allegedly crushed another man with a horse in the city.

The suspect, Aminu Kabiru, according to the police, ran over 20-year-old Abdulhadi Sammani from Sani-Mainagge while riding a horse on Sunday evening in Gadon-Kaya Quarters.
The victim, Kiyawa said, was on his way home from the market when the incident happened. He would later be certified dead at Murtala Muhammad Hospital where he was taken to for medical attention.
Accordingly, the suspect would soon be charged to court, Kiyawa affirmed.
