Kano State Government has further relaxed curfew to 6 pm as people can now pursue their business activities from 6 am until 6pm.
Kano State Commissioner of Police, Dogo Salman, disclosed this shortly after a joint security meeting with Governor Abba Yusuf at the Government House.
CP Salman noted that they are committed to maintaining law and order in the state while gradually easing restrictions to allow residents to resume their daily activities.
He added that the decision to relax the curfew further reflects the improved security situation and the efforts of the security agencies in restoring normalcy.
Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf also called the residents to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and abide by the curfew regulations to ensure safety and stability for all.
