Kebbi PHC Has Only Two Beds Despite Serving 3,000 Residents 

A Primary Health Care (PHC) center in Unguwan Madi, Mayaima Local Government Area of Kebbi State, serves about 3,000 residents but lacks basic equipment it needs for its daily operation.  

Tracka, a public project monitoring platform reports that the PHC houses only 2 beds and 2 drip stands and it is with the inadequate equipment the facility attends to at least 50 patients daily. 

WikkiTimes learnt that the hospital staff lamented the absence of social amenities including water, electricity as well as other facilities. 

Furthermore, Tracka called on the Kebbi state government and National Primary Health Care Development Agency to come to the rescue of the residents in Madi community.
