A man whose sister was abducted by terrorists locally known as bandits in Zamfara State angrily told them to kill her after an unproductive ransom negotiation.
Zagazola Makama, a security analyst familiar with insurgency cases in Chad and Nigeria in a tweet, said the abductors demanded a ransom of N20 million from the victim’s family to facilitate her release.

However, a telephone conversation between the bandits and the victim’s brother ended in a brawl, as the latter told them to “shoot” her dead because the family can not raise the demanded ransom. He noted that his sister would have the mercy of God if killed by the marauders.

Hitherto, the enraged brother had appealed to the kidnappers for the release of his sister, but to no avail.
“Ku harbe ta, tayi shahada,” he said in Hauting while daring them to shoot her dead.
Another user also stated that the victim is a sister to Abdullahi Babawo, a councilor of Sabon-Gari ward in Gusau, the capital of Zamfara State..
