Midnight Invasion Claims One In Kastina As Bandits Freely Reign Terror

A Sunday midnight invasion of Shola Quarters in Katsina State has led to the death of a yet-to-be identified person as two others were injured while a couple were whisked away.

This came barely two months after armed-to-the-teeth terrorists launched an attack in the same community, according to WikkiTimes’ findings. On July 14, unrestrained gunmen besieged Sola Quarters at about 2:00 am, kidnapping six residents, including a two-year-old baby girl.

Also, two people sustained gunshot injuries, and they have been taken to the neighbouring Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina.

Shola Quarters is a community situated behind the Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina. As a result of its proximity to bandits around Bugaje Community in Jibia Local Government Area of the state, it has over time become prone to unforeseen attacks.
