The newly appointed Emir of Jama’are Alhaji Nuhu Ahmed Wabi has assured his commitment to do justice to all people of the Emirate without fear or favour.

Interacting with journalists at his residence in Jama’are after receiving his letter of appointment, Alh. Wabi said God has chosen him not because he was better than others, but for the fact that he was destined to be on the throne.

While speaking, the National Secretary and Public Relations Officer, Jama’are Emirate Development Forum, Malam Rabi’u Wada said the installation of the new Emir did not come as a surprise considering the leadership qualities Alh. Wabi possesses.

The 10th Emir of Jama’are, Alh. Nuhu Ahmed Wabi, was born in 1961, attended Central Primary School Jama’are and proceeded to Kuranga Secondary School Azare, then SBRS Funtua and later went to the University of Jos where he obtained his first degree in Sociology.

WikkiTimes had on Monday reported that Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir has approved the appointment of Alhaji Nuhu Ahmed Wabi as the new Emir of Jamar’are.
