The Nigeria National Merit Award (NNMA)has inducted Gombe State Commandant of the National Security and Civil Defence (NSCDC) Muhammadu Bello Mu’azu, as a member of the Institute of Leadership, Manpower and Management Development.
NNMA has said it is in recognition of his exceptional leadership qualities and contributions to National Security.
The NSCDC Public Relations officer in Gombe, SC Buhari Saad, in a statement made available to newsmen, said the honor was conferred upon him during the Institute’s induction and investiture ceremony held on Saturday.
“As the State Commandant of NSCDC Gombe State Command, Commandant MB. Muazu has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting lives and properties and safeguarding critical National infrastructure.
“His leadership has been instrumental in maintaining peace and order in Gombe State and the Nation at large. This induction is a testament to Commandant Muazu’s excellence in leadership and management,” the statement quoted the NNMA as saying.
