Sometime in May this year, Yusuf Abdulrasheed, a Kaduna-based businessman, opened an account with Zenith Bank with a deposit of N42,000, but the money mysteriously left his account a week after.

The businessman told WikkiTimes he had not collected an ATM card when the money was withdrawn from his account.

“When I opened an account with Zenith, I deposited N42,000 in the account but it was deducted one week later,” he explained.

“I did not authorize any transaction and I have not even received an ATM card from the bank when I opened the account,” he added.

The businessman noted that he had filled different forms to claim his deducted money but to no avail.

“When I visited the bank, I was told to fill a form which I did and bank officials retained the form. But nothing has been done,” Abdulrasheed told WikkiTimes.
