Residents of Bauchi Community Tasks Politicians On Completion of Projects

The residents of Sabon Layi, Unguwan Makaranta of Bauchi metropolis have called on politicians across all levels of government to initiate and ensure timely completion of people-oriented projects.

To them, such an effort and will from the political class will engender trust and confidence in the system from the electorates who at each election time, took their turns to elect leaders hoping to receive life-supporting projects thereby closing the underdevelopment gap that characterise most Nigerian Communities.

The Ward Head of Trium said this during the commissioning of a new Primary Healthcare Center that was completed by a former member of the House of Representative Shehu Aliyu Musa after it was started by late Senator Malam Ali Wakili in the area.

He called on other politicians in Bauchi to emulate the gesture, saying that it does not matter who did what so the citizenries are going to make a lot of benefit from an undertaking.

The former lawmaker while speaking said the completion of the project is a testimony of the undiluted commitment of the family of late Senator Ali Wakili gives the common persons a sense of belonging, something that their late father is known for.

He tasked members of the benefiting community to ensure judicious application of the facility for the common good of all and sundry.
