Jama’atul Izalatil Bidi’ah Wa Iqamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS) under the leadership of Sheikh Muhammadu Sani Yahaya Jingir has gathered millions of naira for the proposed Fortune University.
Each of the 19 Northern Governors donated N50,000,000 while Bauchi State Government provided 120 hectares of land for the university at Gumau, Toro local government.
Similarly, Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir directed the 20 local governments of the state to contribute N200,000,000 to pave way for the speedy completion of the project.

WikkiTimes learnt that PDP Presidential Candiate, Atiku Abubakar donated N100,000,000 for the project just as his APC counterpart, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu also gave N100,000,000 for the project.
Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir said JIBWIS established over 5000 primary and secondary schools and enrolled about seven million pupils across the country under it’s Education Development Initiative.
He said JIBWIS obtained all relevant documents for the establishment of the university, calling on governments at all levels, corporate organizations and wealthy individuals to make contributions to make the project a reality.
The University is proposed to accommodate twelve faculties, Departments, ICT centre, and state of the art facilities.
