The Gombe State Police command has confirmed the arrest of the suspected murderers of a 58-year-old woman barely 48 hours after the incident in Gombe.
The spokesperson of the police command, Maheed Mu’az, confirmed to newsmen at the weekend, promising to give further details much later.
WikkiTimes recalled the Police had yesterday confirmed the murder of one Aishatu Abdullahi after unidentified persons invaded her house on Friday, October 20, in Gombe.
Suspected robbers reportedly attacked the 58-year-old resident of Jeka da Fari in her house at about 10:45 pm and took away her phone before slaughtering her in cold blood.
In a press statement issued by the Police command, the security operatives reassured the public it would unravel the gruesome murder, as it already launched an investigation into the matter.
