As the electoral process has concluded, it is imperative that the youths of Katagum recognize the transition from campaign mode to governance. Unfortunately, certain individuals are attempting to sow discord between Dr. Samaila Dahuwa Kaila, the senator representing Katagum zone, and other politicians. These actions are detrimental to the well-being of the people of Katagum and Bauchi State.
In his capacity as a first-term senator, Dr. Kaila has demonstrated remarkable dedication to advancing the development of his constituency. His initiatives focus on addressing pressing issues in Bauchi North, including healthcare, education, and economic growth.
Notably, Dr. Kaila has launched the Kachalla Students Intervention Program (KSIP) to mitigate the impact of subsidy removal on students in Bauchi North. Additionally, he has commenced the construction of solar-powered overhead tanks across the seven local governments within the Katagum senatorial zone. This endeavor is complemented by his empowerment of numerous youths with financial support to expand their businesses.
Furthermore, Dr. Kaila has constructed a block of classrooms in Azare, underscoring his commitment to reducing the number of out-of-school children.
To the people of Katagum, I urge those perpetuating divisions within the ruling party to cease their harmful actions. Instead, I call upon you to support Dr. Samaila Dahuwa Kaila , Farouk Mustapha, Auwalu Abdu Gwalabe, Muhammad Auwal Jatau and other leaders in their efforts to foster a brighter future for Bauchi State.
