Bauchi State Ministryfor Local government and Chieftaincy Affairs has reduced its expenditure by limitingthe number of workshops and seminars to be attended by staff.
The Commissioner of theMinistry Abdulrazak Nuhu Zaki gave this indication while interacting with
reporters in Bauchi.Nuhu Zaki maintainedthat the Ministry had inherited a debt profile of three billion Naira witheighteen percent interest, hence the need to cut of the expenses.
He said the ministry had procured motorcycles vehicles and other facilities for security agents to enhance security across the state.
