Weeks after the creation of new emirates in Kano, the embattled Emir, Mohammadu Sanusi II has met Abdullahi Ganduje, governor of the state.
The duos met and shook hands at the eid praying ground in the ancient town on Tuesday.
Ganduje has been at loggerheads with the emir following an alleged conspiracy that the emir worked with the opposition People’s Democratic Party to oust him during the 2019 General elections.
