The Police in Zamfara state has announced the release of 23 more captives held by bandits in the state.
The State Police Commissioner Usman Nagogo gave the indication in a press release made available to WikkiTimes.
The 23 captives comprises of men, women and children and were promptly accorded emergency treatment by Doctors.
The strides recorded brings to over 200 persons so far released unconditionally under the ongoing peace initiative of the state Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle.
