Bauchi State Governor, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has pledgedto provide conducive environment and support for security agencies working in
the state.Bala Mohammed gave the assurance at the special operations command’sregimental dinner night held at officers’ mess, Nigeria Airforce Base Bauchi.
Represented by the secretary to the state government, AlhajiMuhammad Sabi’u Baba, the governor said the move was to enable securityagencies discharge their responsibilities of protecting the lives and propertyof the citizens of the state.
He applauded the transformation’s agenda of the Chief of AirStaff, Air Marshal Sadiqu Abubakar towards ensuring professionalism in theservice in line with International best practices.
The Governor expressed satisfaction with the performance andcommitment of the personnel of the force on the ongoing operation againstcriminal activities in the country.
Governor Bala Mohammed applauded the services provided bythe Nigerian Airforce in the areas of Health and Education and called for itssustenance.
The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadiqu Abubakar alongsideheads of security agencies in the state participated during the regimentaldinner night.
