An Abuja based Organization, Lautech Solutions Limited hasdonated hospital equipment worth over 250 million naira to Bauchi state
Government.Receiving the state’s government officials Tuesday in hisoffice in Abuja, the Chairman of the Organization, Alhaji Hussaini Bokane saidthe gesture is to compliment the efforts of the state governor at ensuringeffective provision of healthcare services to the people of the state.
Alhaji Bokane said the donation will no doubt assistGovernor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed to address some of the challenges facing thestate’s health care sector.
He said the organization resolved to support statesgovernors to improve the standard of health in their respective states for thewell being of their people.
The chairman, who appealed for judicious utilization of thedonated commodities, applauded a chieftain of PDP in the state, Alhaji SaninMalam for facilitating the donation.
Alhaji Sanin Malam wholed the delegation recalled that the organization had contributed immensely insupporting the state government through donations of various hospitalcommodities.
Malam who described the gesture as a welcome development,appealed to the state governor to consider the organization as partner inprogress.
On his part, the Permanent Secretary, State Ministry ofHealth, Dr. Yahaya Yarima said the donated equipment would assist in addressingshortage of facilities in hospitals across the state.
The Permanent Secretary enjoined well to do individuals andcorporate bodies to join hands in improving the healthcare sector for improvedhealth care delivery in Nigeria.
