Bauchi state has recorded its third case of coronavirus, the State deputy governor Senator Baba Tela has said at a press conference in Bauchi.
The deputy governor who spoke to newsmen while unveiling a 150 bed capacity isolation centre in Bayera said the third case is a 55 year old “and we have isolated him and he is under our management”Baba Tela said the state government will continue to partner with NCDC to conduct more test.
The third case is recorded out 99 samples tested since the out break of the virus.
WikkiTimes recalls that the State government had earlier imposes total lock down for a period of 14 days as part of measures to halt the spread of coronavirus, a press statement by Secretary to the state government Mohammed Sabiu Baba has said.
