Barely two hours after the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu led thousands of residents of the metropolis to offer special prayer over delayed rainfall, heavy Rain befell some parts of the city.

The Emir during the prayer session today, called on all people to refrain from committing sins, which is the precursor of the delayed rainfall.
