The fire which gutted one of the buildings in his house trapped his two year old son, Ibrahim Nura Faggo who could not be rescued until he gave up to the fire.

“The fire started around 5:30pm or so. “I was not in the house when it started and before I got home, the fire has been contained, but unfortunately the deed has been done”, Nura had said.

The source of the fire was yet unknown, “and as you can see this area has been disconnected of electricity for four months and all our gas cookers were in the kitchen when the fire started and known of those items were affected by the fire”.

WikkiTimes reports that it was a teary moment for the household particular for the mother of the deceased son.

“Ibrahim was the closest to his mother, I had to console her with verses from the Holy Qur’an that remind humans that our Creator shall always test those who believed in him, and as humans these are the kinds of examination we should expect from the Almighty Allah”, Nura added.
