It has came to our notice that some mischief makers set their hands to trigger unnecessary tension within the Misau Emirate and play politics with the recent clash between some Local Government officials and the village settlers, particularly the recently cooked one and published by WikkiTimes.
It’s totally wrong, untrue and blatant lie it is uncalled-for WikkiTimes to went ahead and cooked news for public consumption without verifiable facts and air out things capable of causing uncontrollable chaos, considering the fact that the facts finding Committee/Panel set up by the Bauchi State Government is still carrying out its investigation in regard to the matter at stake.
As a concern group we wish to draw the attention of the security agencies and the authority concerned to urgently start taking all necessary measures against whosoever choose to cause public unrest concerning killings of our people, the ongoing investigations and the suspension of our traditional rulers as we cannot condone to continue looking things going in a wrong direction.
Let’s all be mindful that, justice and fairness are the two cardinal principles that will guarantee lasting peace in every meaningful society the people of Misau emirate are not exception to seek for justice and fair treatment.
