2023 Election: Bala’s Detractors Will Perish Politically, Says Bibi Dogo

Mallam Bibi Dogo, a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP said political saboteurs working to conspire against the PDP and Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Mohammed will fail because of his performance.

Bibi Dogo who addressed Journalists at the Bauchi Secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ on Sunday stated that elites’ conspiracy against the person of the governor will eventually fail because of the enormous developmental works his administration is implementing in Bauchi.

He said recent gatherings by small political groups organised by “enemies of the Party and the Governor” with the aim of taking over power from him in 2023 will not work.

Dogo said governor Bala’s determination to fulfilling his campaign promises are endearing him with the masses, whom he said was the decision makers in 2023.

Bibi Dogo said the projects executed by the Governor in the areas of provision infrastructures and other essential social services to the people have a direct impact on their lives.

“When he assumed duty, he paid the needed attention to the dilapidated infrastructures at the primary and secondary schools across the State. “With the limited resources available, he has constructed 424 of two classroom blocks in each of the wards in Bauchi, he constructed and rehabilitated four major roads valued at N5billion. “The road comprised of – Ibrahim Bako to Maiduguri Road bye-pass is 4.4 kilometers, Sabon Kaura to Jos Road bye-pass is 6.2 kilometers, Yakubun Bauchi Quarters is 1.8 kilometres while that of Muda Lawal market is 1 kilometre, while many roads were constructed in Azare town and Misau Sade Akuyam road are presently being constructed”, Dogo argued.

He said political opponents of the Governor were envious of his achievements, hence the conspiracy to pull him outcome 2023.
