The Member Representing Azare/Madangala Constituency at theBauchi State House of Assembly, Hon. Tijjani Muhammad Aliyu has last week commissioned
an Islamic Integrated School for women in his Constituency at Kofar GabasAzare.Addressing newsmen at the event, Honorable Tijjani said thegesture was aimed at supporting married women and widows to bag both Islamicand western education.
“It’s binding for me as a responsible leader to aim high andtake serious the educational plight of my people and that is what informed thecommissioning of this school today.
“Because failure to assist in grooming people educationallyis same as destroying the society completely”, he added.
Tijjani Aliyu reiterated his commitment to continue tosupport his constituents various aspect that will develop the socio-economicstatus through empowerment and formulation of laws that will have directbearing on their lives.
Speaking on behalf of the community leaders, the Mai Anguwaof kofar Gabas has called on the beneficiaries to make good use of the schoolby empowering themselves intellectually.
He commended the lawmaker for the project and urged him tomaintain the tempo.
