Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, the Jigawa State Governor has appointed Tijjani Sayyadi as his Special Assistant on drug abuse and rape
The governor announced this via a press release signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini on August 25, 2022.
“Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has approved the appointment of Tijjani Sayyadi as Special Assistant to the Governor on Drug Abuse and Rape,” the statement partly read.

Sayyadi’s appointment takes immediate effect, according to the statement.
Earlier, Badaru had appointed Bala Ibrahim Mamsa the Commissioner for Education Youth Sports and Culture, to take charge of ministry for commerce and industry following the demise of the erstwhile commissioner.
