The Nigeria Police Force has reacted to a viral video that surfaced online a few days ago, two of the force’s officers hauling a lady into a station.
According to reports, the incident happened in an Abuja police station.
“@PoliceNG look at what the untrained officers of the Nigerian police are doing to this lady. A reliable source informs that this incident took place at Kagini Police station Abuja,” a Twitter user, Chukwunonso tweeted.

However, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO) in a separate tweet disclosed that the officers were queried on Friday.
According to him, the victim had assaulted one of the police officers. Adejobi added that the lady had written an apology letter to the assaulted officer. But he emphasised that the officers will be dealt with.
