The Taskforce Chairman, Colonel Muhammad Alhassan (Rtd), stated this while briefing newsmen after inspecting some filling stations at Kiyawa, Gumel, and Jahun local government areas.

He said the inspection is to check the activities of the filling stations to ensure they abide by the laid-down rules.

He noted that no filling station would be spared if found wanting, as they wouldn’t relent in inspecting and exposing any filling station found to be engaged in tampering with metres to shortchange customers.
