Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has charged the new commissioner of police posted to the state, Umar Sanda, to work with the state government in addressing various forms of criminalities in the state.
He gave the charge while receiving the new commissioner on a courtesy visit in Government House Bauchi
Bala Mohammed who said his administration is committed to providing all the needed support for the activities of security also called on the Commissioner not to be influenced by self-centred personalities.
The Governor also advised him to provide a platform for discussing critical security issues with Divisional Police Officers to enhance their operations.
Earlier the Commissioner of Police Umar Sanda assured to work with all stakeholders to raid the state out of criminality
