Dr. Ladan Salihu, Chief of Staff to Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed had on Friday described Yakubu Dogara’s defection to the All Progressives Congress, APC as journey to dead end.
The Chief of staff who took to his twitter handle to throw what appears to be bashing on Yakubu Dogara drew some outrage from some of his followers.
Aminu Dahiru Gurama said, ”calling great party members circumstantial was exactly what happened in Gombe during PDP gubernatorial campaign. “Look into the problem and find a lasting solution or u will wake up one day and see a very wide vacuum in your party.”
Lumana Mandela said: “he was the reason your boss clinched the 2019 election…..Am highly disappointed with you. I doubt if you would ever be successful in politics like Hon. Dogara, he is a formidable force in Bauchi politics.”
“He will never in his whole life. We are watching ai let him get his party ticket first come 2023 let see”, said Mohammed Maina.
Sultan said: “a circumstantial member who deliver his constituency to your principal, deployed his resources and influence and help you in securing Victory, Or A Circumstantial member that help you becoming Chief of staff.”
Mohammed Maina says, “Just seat back and watch him loose his office to someone else before 2023. He forgot that someone was there before him.
“Our Able Chief of Staff Forgot that Dogara has been in PDP before he even dreams of joining politics. Well he just let his mouth unguarded let’s wait and his fate in office too as circumstantial chief of staff”, added Maina.
WikkiTimes recalls that Yakubu Dogara had returned to his former political party on Friday; a move that left tongues wagging especially among PDP stalwarts in Bauchi.
The State PDP Chairman Hamza Koshe Akuyam said he was surprised over Dogara’s return to the APC.
Akuyam said Dogara was carried along and that he could not recall any infighting with the former House of Representatives Speaker, adding Dogara was offered slots to nominate commissioners in the current administration.
