BAHA Speaker lauds Gov Bala’s road networking in rural areas

The Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Abubakar Y Suleiman has commended Governor Bala Mohammad for providing qualitative roads network in rural areas across the State.

The Speaker made the commendation when he visited the site of the ongoing construction of Sade-Akuyam road which cut across Darazo and Misau local government area on Saturday.

Suleiman who made a stopover at the construction site on his way from Akuyam to Bauchi, expressed satisfaction with the quality and speed of the projects. 

He said construction of rural roads will open up the economic potentials of rural dwellers thereby increasing the internally generated revenue of the State which he says will bring more development.

“Road means a lot to our people. “I am happy that the present administration has achieved so much in roads construction across the state and within just nine months. “I believe before 2023 Bauchi State will be networked with many qualitative roads,” he said.

Abubakar Suleiman who hoped that a similar project, Nasaru-Gwam-Balma road will soon be constructed in his Constituency, commends the construction company for the quality of their work.

The Speaker was in company of Deputy Speaker Hon. Danlami Ahmed Kawule (Zungur -Galambi Constituency), Hon. Abdulkadir Umar Dewu (Kirfi Constituency) and Clerk of the House Barrister Umar Yusuf Gital.
