COVID-19: Alumni introduces online learning system for students during lockdown

In response to the covid-19 pandemic and the lockdown orders imposed by various governments to curb its spread, the National Open University of Nigeria Alumni Association (NOUNA) has introduced an online learning platform to enable students of the University receive lectures online while at home and get prepared for exams.

The association in partnership with Nouites Enterprise said the move was part of their own little ways of giving back to the students to keep them learning while staying at home due to the lockdown.

The President of the Association, Mallam Muntaka Abdul-Hadi Dabo observed that the lockdown was imposed in most parts of the country to contain the spread of the virus.

He enjoined students to take good advantage of the opportunity provided and study well, adding that both undergraduate and postgraduate students of NOUN will benefit from the online system of learning.

According to him, other benefits associated with the online learning include mock exams, solution to past questions and forum for students to interact.
