Governor Mohammed Says Last Two Years Not Easy

Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed has said that his two years has not been a bed of roses, he said it was easy for him but he must continue. 


Mohammed said made this known in his June 12 Democracy Day message on Saturday. He said that in the last two years, the State Government had to introduce financial management strategies, seemingly new to the system to drive the success which the people of the state celebrate today.

The message that was signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Mukhtar Gidado said: “Our government inherited situation and gathered enough strength to change the narratives.

We rolled out our blueprint and commenced the action to save the situation for the good of our people.
“We met Bauchi State lacking in development with abandoned projects that could not be completed. It will be a repeat to remind the people of how we found the state littered with infrastructural decay and lack of direction,” he said.

Mohammed explained that, despite the huddles facing his administration, he has been able to restore the lost glory of Bauchi State while repositioning the state to its rightful place.
