A primary health care center in Kaduru Bwari, a suburb of Abuja, serves about 6,000 locals but lacks the needed equipment to effectively manage the population.
During a monitoring tour of the community, Tracka assessed the health facility and discovered that it was left to deteriorate despite its central value of serving such a huge number of patients.
“We observed that the facility lacks the following equipment: electricity, water, a perimeter fence and other medical equipment.” Tracka tweeted.
